Lakeside Villas is a townhome development consisting of 10 buildings, each containing 24 units ranging in size from two bedrooms, 1-3/4 baths to three bedrooms and convertible den, 2-3/4 baths. RULES FOR SELLING OR RENTING UNITS
Activities of All Agents and Prospective Buyers: All agents and prospective buyers must park outside the complex when coming to see open houses.
Agents: Open House may be held on Saturday and Sunday. Persons wishing to hold Open House on any other day should contact a member of the Real Estate Committee (by leaving the request and a contact number at the Guard House.) You must sign in at the guard gate and let the guard know that you will be holding open house and what the address of the unit is. You may put one open house sign on Maytime Lane, in the area of the open house. You may have a directional sign in front of the unit you are holding open house. The words on the sign must only say Open House and can have the address of the unit. No flags, balloons or names of any agent are allowed. Sold or rented listings must be taken off the listing sheet within one week of accepted offer unless a request for an extension is received at the Guard House.
